Metallurgical Process: The various parameters that we follow can be categorized into the critical major and minor characteristics. Parameters such as closer tolerance and control are highlighted. Based on the above checklist, the entire manufacturing process and equipment are specified. The procedure comprises:

• Stage inspection

• Final inspection

• Performance testing procedure

In addition, depending on the critically of parameters and its variability in the industrial process, inspection amounts to 100% sampling.

Process Capability: Process capability facilitates in revising the critical machines and processes, which is carried out to ensure the manufacturing process and capabilities are good enough to meet the requisite quality parameters. For this, inspections are carried out to make sure that all the quality parameters are satisfactory.

Inspection: For determining, scrutinizing and testing of the diverse quality parameters, only accepted parts are dispatched by our QC engineers.

Procedures: To ensure that clients can send QC engineers for the quality testing.

Inspection Status: During the manufacturing operations, the inspection position of each stage is duly patented.
